Shunhao Factory focuses on making melamine and urea machines, plus moulds—and we understand how production suffers when equipment stops. The good news? Nearly 70% of hydraulic press problems happen because the wrong hydraulic oil is used. Follow these easy oil-related tips to keep your machines working nonstop.
What Good Hydraulic Oil Needs

Fast Maintenance Checks to Follow
Temperature Guidelines
Start-up: 10-15℃ | Warm-up phase: 15-30℃
Regular operation: 30-70℃ | Risk zone: Above 80℃
Shunhao Recommends: SHELL-46 Hydraulic Oil
For our melamine and urea machines, we use SHEEL-46 High-Performance Hydraulic Oil. It’s made from paraffinic base oil treated with hydrotreating—so it’s very dependable. When adding oil:
Use the oil inlet at the back of the machine.
Fill the tank to no more than 80% (adjust based on your machine’s size).
